Purpose and non-binding interest
The website presents the educational approach, the Academy and Insights content. At this stage it provides information, newsletters and non-binding expressions of interest. No payments, deposits or binding enrolments are accepted. An enquiry or introductory meeting does not form a contract, reservation or guaranteed place. Before any future service is supplied, operator details, availability and specific contractual terms will be provided.
Educational information
Content provides general educational information and is not a medical, psychological or diagnostic service. The Developmental Profile does not replace assessment by a qualified professional. We do not guarantee particular grades, admission to an institution or identical developmental outcomes for every child. Research-informed design does not constitute independent confirmation of each future service’s effectiveness.
Independence and intellectual property
References to Cambridge and UCL describe individuals’ academic and professional backgrounds and do not indicate institutional endorsement, accreditation or representation of those universities. Rights in text, branding and resources belong to their respective rights holders. Resources offered for download may be used personally and non-commercially while retaining rights notices. Other uses require permission where applicable, without restricting lawful quotation or educational exceptions.
Acceptable use and external links
Unauthorised access, interference, malicious code, harassment and unlawful data collection are not permitted. Use forms for their stated purpose with accurate information. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a general endorsement of their content.
Accuracy liability and concerns
We aim for accuracy and correct material errors when identified. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms restricts liability that cannot lawfully be restricted or mandatory consumer rights. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed that removes statutory rights. Contact legal@cognipraxis.com with concerns or corrections. Greek and English terms are intended to have the same meaning. Changes are dated and do not retrospectively alter rights. Browsing does not constitute consent to newsletters or optional cookies.
