Knowledge + Growth · ages 6–16 · in Greek or English
The same programme, taught by your own educators, trained and authorised by us, and held to the same quality standards we apply in our own Academy.
◆ The model first: Cambridge 2026 · Athens & Online 2027 · then Partner Schools
CogniPraxis Academy is our own unit and the model for the programme. A Partner School delivers the same programme, with the same lesson plans, the same evidence and the same standards. The school keeps its identity; CogniPraxis adds a coherent Knowledge + Growth pathway.
For the school
An original, research-grounded programme for ages 6–16, with a clear identity and quality assurance.
For educators
Training in the programme, complete lesson plans and a shared way to see and cultivate growth.
For children
Substantial academic content, together with how they think, collaborate and meet difficulty.
For families
A report after every lesson, a Developmental Profile twice a year and three parent meetings.
The quality of a lesson passes through many hands: from science to design, from design to the educator, from the classroom to the family. The licence covers every link in that chain.
The three dimensions of growth, the capabilities and their milestones in each zone, with the route through which each capability is cultivated.
Thematic units for every zone and level. Each unit opens with a question worth investigating and closes with a project or a presentation.
A plan for every lesson: learning objectives and growth targets, six stages, the Bridge, assessment within the lesson and all the materials it needs.
Training, practice and calibration before the first lesson. Annual training and renewal of authorisation after that.
Digital forms for educators and the three reports to families, using the same scales we use in the Academy.
Three parent meetings a year, practical suggestions within the Developmental Profiles, and articles and videos for home.
The CogniPraxis Partner School mark, one quality visit a year and the annual programme updates.
Everything in Greek or English: curriculum, lesson plans, materials, forms and reports.
Once for what the child will learn, once for how they will grow. The design is our responsibility; teaching, adapting to the group and observing are the educator’s craft.
SIX STAGES IN EVERY LESSON · 90′ EXAMPLE
The same structure in every zone; in Sparks the lesson lasts 75′.
THREE ROUTES OF CULTIVATION
TWO EDUCATORS, TWO ROLES
The second educator records evidence on the lesson’s targets in the digital forms, against criteria the children know from the start.
This evidence, the short checks and the child’s own reflection form the reports to the family. Measurable progress on every target. No comparison with other children.

FORMAT 01
CogniPraxis becomes a fixed part of the school week, in a slot the school sets.
FORMAT 02
CogniPraxis runs on the school premises after the school day, for the families who choose it.
IN BOTH
They are the standards of our own Academy. The licence is renewed every year, provided they are met.
One session a week, September–June: 75′ for Sparks, 90′ for Explorers, Pathfinders and Designers.
Up to 8 children in each group, so every child has time, a voice and personal feedback.
In every lesson: one teaches, the other observes and records evidence.
A member of the school’s leadership coordinates delivery and is the constant link with the CogniPraxis academic team.
The curriculum and lesson plans are delivered as designed. The educator adapts the teaching to the group, not the objectives.
A Lesson Report after every lesson, a Unit Report at the end of every unit, two Developmental Profiles a year.
Three parent meetings a year, with Family Learning Series materials.
Training in programme updates, and calibration, every year.
Once a year, lesson observation and a review of the evidence, together with the school.
Shared standards are why a family knows what a CogniPraxis lesson means, in whichever school it takes place.
Evidence describes and supports; it does not rank children or educators. In the Bridge we assess how a child thinks, never what they believe. Data protection roles are set out in writing in the contract, in line with the GDPR.
Resilience and overcoming adversity are observed only in difficulties that arise naturally within learning. Serious personal difficulties are not assessed; our role there is to support.
The educators are yours. We train them, accompany them through their first lessons and authorise them to teach the programme before they take on a group.
The Framework and the Developmental Map, the Dual Design Method, the three routes, the six stages and the Developmental Evidence System.
Trial lessons using the plans for their zone, with feedback from the CogniPraxis academic team.
Everyone assesses the same anonymised examples on the same scale, so that “Autonomous” means the same in every school.
Before they take on their first group. Renewed every year, with the annual training and calibration.
THE SHARED CALIBRATION SCALE
For every milestone we ask not only whether the child does it, but with how much support and in how many contexts.
WHAT THE TRAINING COVERS
We get to know each other, show you the programme from the inside and consider together whether the school’s conditions match the standards.
Zones, language, format, number of groups and timeline, written into one shared plan.
Signing the licence, the year calendar, materials and digital forms.
Training, practice, calibration and authorisation, before the first lesson.
Briefing families, getting to know the children and the first unit.
Calibration, quality visit, annual training and programme updates.
The first Academy unit and the model for the programme.
CogniPraxis Academy opens in Athens.
The Academy, wherever families are.
On the same model, with a few schools at a time.
The model first. Then growth, with no compromise on quality.
The first conversation is about getting to know each other: we listen to what you want to achieve, show you the programme from the inside and consider together whether the conditions are right. Licence terms are discussed afterwards, in writing.
IT SUITS SCHOOLS THAT
Your school’s educators, once trained and authorised by us. There are two in every lesson: one teaches, the other observes and records evidence.
CogniPraxis has its own curriculum and does not cover the school syllabus. In the first format it sits in a weekly slot the school sets; in the second it runs after school. Exactly how it fits the timetable we work out together, within the framework that applies to your school.
Yes. It is often the best start: one or two zones in the first year, expanding once delivery is established.
In Greek or English. The curriculum, lesson plans, materials and reports exist in both languages.
Authorisation is a CogniPraxis quality process and relates solely to delivering the programme in the Partner School. It is not a state-recognised qualification.
The educator adapts the teaching to the children in their group. The objectives, structure and criteria stay the same, so that a CogniPraxis lesson means the same in every school.
The new educator follows the same training and authorisation before taking on a group. That is why we recommend each school has at least one more authorised educator than it needs.
Through annual calibration, the quality visit and a review of the evidence with the Programme Lead. The licence is renewed every year, provided the standards are met.
As in the Academy: a Lesson Report after every lesson, a Unit Report, two Developmental Profiles a year and three parent meetings. Measurable progress on every target. No comparison with other children.
Roles are set out in writing in the contract, in line with the GDPR. Data are used only for children’s learning and growth and for programme quality, not to rank pupils or educators.
Licence terms depend on the zones, the number of groups and the delivery format. We discuss them after the fit conversation and you receive them in writing.
